The fair office is staffed from Monday before the Fair until Monday after the fair. Hours of operation are:
Mon. – Thurs. 10:00 am – 10:00 pm
Fri. – Sat. 10:00 am – 11:00 pm
Sun. after fair 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Mon. after fair 10:00 am – 8:00 pm

In an effort to protect the privacy of the volunteers that work for the Fair and realizing that chairmen periodically may change their phone numbers, the Ephrata Fair utilizes a phone system with extensions that will connect community members to the direct numbers of each volunteer.
The system will receive all calls to the Fair phone number (717) 733-4451 then route them to the chosen department chairman’s home phone. The department extensions are also published in the Premium Book. There is also the option to follow the Interactive Voice Relay to find the department if you do not have access to the extension from another source.
