Honoring the Past, Celebrating the Future
Kick off your Ephrata Fair experience with a grand opening you’ll forever remember! The main event begins at 6:30 p.m., featuring southern rock band Mountain Road and a dazzling laser light show. And there will be lots of fun and excitement beforehand, too!
WIOV Radio Personality Casey Allyn will lead us in kicking off the Ephrata Fair’s 100th Anniversary Year at the Grater Memorial Park amphitheater.
Buy a ticket to claim one of 250 numbered Squishy Pigs that will be dropped from a Premier Tree Service bucket truck onto the lower ball diamond. The ten pigs that land closest to the bull’s eye target on the field will win their owners a prize.
Prizes will be on display at the ticket table.
The squishy pigs, which will have the 100th Ephrata Fair logo imprinted on them, will be available for purchase for $3.00 each at Tent City (outside the swine tent) beginning at noon on Tues. Sept. 25. They will be sold (while supplies last) until 5:45 p.m.
After the event, anyone who has purchased a pig will be given one to take home. What a wonderful piece of memorabilia to keep as a reminder of the 100th Ephrata Fair!
6 p.m. at Lower Baseball Diamond
Cylo from the Lancaster Barnstormers will be at Tent City.
